CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT - Industriale

Our Client is an important Multinational Company leader in sector and the is now looking for a:

CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT

who manages customer services for some key customers. In particular this will involve ensuring jobs completed to satisfaction of these key customers, and developing and maintaining excellent customer relationships, and ensuring planning and administrative activities are kept up to date.

The main tasks of the role are:

• works closely with the customers (external) and production (internal) to ensure planning is up to date, shipping schedules are met, and reports any delays that may occur;
• liaises with Majors customers, keeping them informed or our progress on production and shipping;
• schedules to avoid overtime occurrences in general and in particular unpaid overtime;
• answers the clients on quotations, technical information or on ways to proceed;
• Promotes communications between the different members of the team who are directly involved in providing customer service; • ensures the links between the client and the coordinating team during the realization of the project;
• identifies areas for improvement in invoicing and services.

Requirements

• University diploma or Senior Matriculation in Public Relations, Communication or Marketing, Economics
• 2 years experience customer service or related field
• Excellent communications and interpersonal relationships
• Aptitude for teamwork and customer service orientation
• Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
• Confidence and composure
• Autonomy, reliability, initiative
• Excellent organizational skills and follow up
Fluent English is a MUST

The company offers an initial temporary contract of 12 months to be confirmed ina permanent contract.

The Head Office is in the north of Rome.
